Teide summit permit & eco-fee (Telesforo Bravo, PNT-10)
To stand on the very top of Mount Teide you need a timed permit. Since 19 Jan 2026 non-residents pay a €15 eco-fee. Slots open Mondays and sell out fast.

The cable car takes you to La Rambleta (3,555 m), but the final climb to the Pico del Teide summit (3,715 m) along the Telesforo Bravo (PNT-10) trail is gated by a timed permit. Since 19 January 2026 the permit carries an eco-fee (€15 for non-residents; €6 for other Canary Islanders; free for Tenerife residents and children under 14). The daily quota is 300 people and slots are released every Monday at 07:00 on a rolling 28-day window — they go within hours in summer.
